Mis montajes fotográficos ♦ My Photomontages

♦ Cuando empecé a experimentar en este arte, hace cinco o seis años aproximadamente, no tenía mas que una cámara de 4 megapixeles. Seguro que hoy en día muchos tenéis una cámara mejor en el móvil jajaja así que hacía lo que podía. En realidad no pude comprarme una cámara reflex hasta hace 3 años y tampoco es que sea de las mejores, es la que utilizo ahora para todas mis fotos, una Canon 550D.

♦ When I started experimenting with this art, about five or six years ago, I had no more than a 4 megapixel camera. Sure many of you today have a better camera on your mobile lol, so I did my best. Actually I couldn´t buy an SLR camera until 3 years ago, and it is not the best, but it´s the camera I use now for all my photos, a Canon 550D.

♦ Al principio de todo, cuando quería hacer fotomontajes necesitaba imágenes que alguna vez conseguía de stock libres de derechos porque yo no tenía ninguna. Pero quería hacer los montajes con mis propias fotos, así que desde hace cuatro años aproximadamente todos los montajes que hago son utilizando mis propias fotos. Tengo una imagen en la cabeza y me pregunto qué es lo que necesito, pues allá me voy de excursión a buscarlo. Me gusta mucho mas hacerlo así, aunque lleve mas tiempo. Otras veces también me gusta pintar a mano en photoshop, pelos, un pájaro borroso en el fondo, un tatuaje, un arcoíris... y hacer así una mezcla de fotografía y pintura.

♦ Sometimes at the beginning, when I wanted to do photomontage, I needed images, then I downloaded  pics from the free stock, because I had none. But I wanted to make my photomontages with my own photos, so since about four years ago I make all photomontages using my own photos. I have a picture in my head and I wonder me what I need, then I'm going on excursion to look for it. I like to do it from this way much more, even if it takes longer. Sometimes I like to paint by hand in photoshop, hair, a blurred bird in the background, a tattoo, a rainbow ... and so make a mix of photography and painting.
